A Day in the LifeThe day of an Administrative Support Assistant is constantly changing and adjusting to best fit the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, electronic filings, scanning, time entry into a database, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and drafting/finalizing certain legal documents and correspondence. This role will support a busy team of litigation and corporate assistants and attorneys. Assigned tasks may include trial preparation, deposition assistance, and hearing support.
We Know YouYou will use your prior administrative support experience to help jump in and find new ways to support the team. You bring excellent organization and prioritizing skills to the table.
