Crouse is hiring an Administrative Support Coordinator to work Monday-Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $22.06-$27.57/hour
Administrative Support Coordinator Position Responsibilities:
+ Provides direct support and assistance to the management team.
+ Responsible for the coordination of activities.
+ Books appointments & maintains schedules.
+ Assists with employee reviews, annual mandatory employee education and compliance requirements.
+ Assists with payroll as needed.
+ Other department tasks as needed.
Administrative Support Coordinator Position Requirements:
+ Associates degree in a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Two (2) years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
+ An equivalent combination of education and work experience can be substituted for the above requirements.
+ Experience with employee scheduling, and automated time and attendance/payroll systems in a healthcare setting required.
+ Previous experience with Clariva and Kronos preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.
