Administrative Support (Part-Time)

**Overview**
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an exceptional attention to detail. This role involves supporting our Fuels Team and contributing to the growth of our organization by addressing client objectives and overcoming challenges.
**Your Impact**
+ Assist with supplier setups, purchase requisitions, and supplier invoicing; collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
+ Utilize a P-Card to procure supplies and equipment for project managers and site managers; conduct monthly reconciliation of P-Card expenses.
+ Provide assistance with travel coordination and expense reports.
+ Prepare proposal letters and manage proposal folders on SharePoint.
+ Create project Teams sites and maintain project documentation/electronic filing.
+ Support Project Managers in preparing submittals for client review and maintain a submittal register.
+ Aid the project team with project closeout processes.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
**Who You Are**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
+ Minimum 7 years of experience
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint).
+ Proven ability to work effectively in team environments with multiple priority management.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
+ Must pass a background check.
