Administrative Support Program Manager
Nakuuruq is seeking an Administrative Support Program Manager to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). **Responsibilities** + Coordinate special projects such as white papers, reports, and briefings. + Edit and update documents such as white papers, reports, staffing/hiring, management directives and policy. + Provide meeting notes/minutes, action items and schedules of activities for Front Office personnel and groups. + Run contract reports. + Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. + Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. + Assist the Federal Team in preparing for meetings with all relevant stakeholders. + Ensure resource availability and allocation. + Develop a detailed project/work plan to monitor and track progress. + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. **Qualifications** + Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree. + 2-4 years of administrative experience. + Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Strong organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check. **Desired Qualifications** + Experience using Microsoft SharePoint. **Pay Range** 41.35-43.27 **Benefits** SCA - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
