Administrative Support Program Manager

Nakuuruq is seeking an Administrative Support Program Manager to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

Responsibilities

Coordinate special projects such as white papers, reports, and briefings.

Edit and update documents such as white papers, reports, staffing/hiring, management directives and policy.

Provide meeting notes/minutes, action items and schedules of activities for Front Office personnel and groups.

Run contract reports.

Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Assist the Federal Team in preparing for meetings with all relevant stakeholders.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project/work plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree.

2-4 years of administrative experience.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.

Pay Range

41.35-43.27
