The Mosaic Company is the world's leading producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash. They employ approximately 9,000 people in six countries and participate in every aspect of crop nutrition development. They mine phosphate rock from nearly 200,000 acres of Mosaic-owned land in Central Florida, and they mine potash from four mines in North America, primarily in Saskatchewan. The products are processed into crop nutrients, and then shipped via rail, barge and ocean-going vessel to customers in the major agricultural centers of the world.
Description:
The Industrial Support/Scale Operator will support our Henderson Mosaic site during our busy season with general administrative support duties, data entry and general tracking and recording of information needed related to day to day activities of the site. Activities will include:
• Monitoring and weighing trucks as they enter/leave the facility and
recording check in/check out data in SAP.
• Create and manage Bill of Landings (BOL’s) issued to truck drivers
ensuring the BOL/Receipt of freight services is accurate and complete.
• Performing basic data entry into an Excel Spreadsheet and
preparing/updating misc reports in MS Word and MS Excel as requested.
• Department administrative support including organizing and maintaining
files, proofing and formatting correspondence.
• Assist with correspondence, e-mailing, copying, faxing, scanning and
handling of confidential material.
• Manage administrative details and routine issues independently and take
responsibility for completing tasks on time with high quality.
• Other duties and special projects assigned under general supervision.

What do you need for this role?
• A High School Diploma
• 2+ years of administrative or front office support or coordination
experience
• Strong customer service mind-set.
• Strong attention to accuracy & detail and reliability,
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in trucking industry
- Scale Operating experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.40 - $19.40/hr.
