Key Responsibilities:

Task Order Tasks: Engages in a diverse set of Task Order-specific tasks covering a broad set of administrative capabilitiesLobby Liaison: Answers phones and greets visitorsMeeting Scheduling: Schedules and coordinates staff, appointments, maintains calendars and other meetingsCommunication Distribution: Collates and distributes mail and prepares communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence as requestedMemo Writing and Editing: Writes and edits memos, letters, and other miscellaneous documents as requested.Maintain Filing System: Creates and maintains filing systems (electronic and physical). Manages office Inventory and ensures the regular supply of office materials.Manage Internal and External Coordination: Sets up appointments, distributes reports, and manages coordination and correspondence between internal and external bodies.Spreadsheet Management: Manages miscellaneous data in spreadsheets (e.g.., Microsoft Excel).Office Equipment Operation: Operates office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments.

Required:

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Minimum of 8 yearsOutlook Calendar Management: Must have strong experience with Outlook calendar management, multi-tasking, and Front Office presence with this organizationMicrosoft Office Suite: Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
