Job Title: Administrtive Support Staff | Brockton

Job Summary:

We're searching for Administrative Support Staff for our Brockton Office. Our Brockton Office supports several services benefiting the community including Therapeutic Services and an Outpatient Clinic. This role would support the support for Intakes for In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Services, receive referrals by phone, fax or email and forward to the Clinical Triage Screener.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete waitlist spreadsheet for IHT and TM Check insurance eligibility for IHT and TM clients Call families confirming interest in services Check eligibility of IHT and TM clients and send email with updates to supervisors and Clinical Director Answer phone calls or emails to referral sources requesting information of the referrals they sent Update lists of IHT and TM clients Let IHT and TM staff know on a weekly basis when re-authorizations are due Let IHT and TM staff know on a weekly basis when and how many units should be requested Update MABHA weekly online report on Wednesdays Update MABHA monthly report Complete clients monthly waiting report Complete check requests Order office supplies Manage petty cash and request reimbursements Open new IHT and TM cases in Carelogic Closing IHT and TM cases in Carelogic

 

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or General Education Diploma, Associate preferred. 1-3 years experience in an Administrative Office setting required Community Service or Therapeutic Services experience preferred Must have a valid driver's license Those who are Bilingual (English, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, or Spanish) or Bicultural are encouraged to apply.
