RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Administrative Support - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0005010]
Works independently on duties of a moderate nature, to include preparation of reports, maintenance of computer and paper files, and responding to office inquiries. Develops complex, lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns. Uses different word processing packages and many different style macros or special command functions. Independently completes assignments and resolves problems. May assign work to junior staff. Process transactions in a financial management/accounting information system, to include travel management system.

Must possess knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and filing.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Must have a High School Diploma or higher. A Bachelor's degree with no experience will qualify for this level. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience as a technical secretary or other administrative position.
Skills Required
Advanced skills in document preparation, experience with financial management systems, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks.
