**Job Description**
Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Under the supervision of Director(s)/Manager(s), performs clerical, administrative, and related
duties
**EQUIPMENT FOR EXAMPLE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**
Fax, copier, printer, computer, Company Voice Exchange (MVX), teleconference/video equipment, shredder, delivery services, scanner
**DUTIES** **:**
+ Responsible for fundamental administrative/clerical duties requiring analyticalability, independent judgment, and problem-solvingskills
+ Review priorities with management asnecessary
+ Responsibleformaildistributionandcollection,phonecoverage,copying,scanning,andbasic expense reports and/or routine financialdisbursements
+ Requires basic knowledge of Company policies andpractices
+ Apply knowledge and understanding of standard operating procedures for the organizationand Division, as well as, specialized terminology commensurate with theposition
+ Interact with internal and externalclients
+ Transcribe, record, assemble, track, verify, and maintain the accuracy of data/electronicrecords andspreadsheets
+ Coordinate regular travel arrangements, basic domestic andinternational
+ Write or answer routine correspondence as directed; _i.e.,_ form letters with mailmerge
+ Maintain daily calendars, _i.e.,_ meeting scheduling (internal and externalmeetings), teleconferencing, video conferencing, accepting on behalf ofmanagement
+ Ensure accuracy ( _i.e.,_ proofreading,grammar)
+ Maintain databases, general and department or Division specificapplications
+ Regularly perform independent basic research via basic Internet and Intranet searches usedto prepare analysis, presentations, andreports
+ Use EZ Buy (order departmental supplies); COMET, prepare routine disbursements, follow upon invoices
+ Occasionally travel in theposition
+ Multitaskdaily
+ Support the HR hiring process in filling open positions on theteam
+ Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the department asneeded
+ Perform other work as assigned, including work within your classification throughoutthe bargainingunit
+ Assist in HtR and Workday tasks asneeded
**Education** : High School Diploma or equivalent
**Required experience and skills:**
Core skills in the following programs:
+ Pass the applicable skills/aptitude assessments
+ Word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
+ Email/calendar/scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
+ Spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
+ Minimum of 1-3 years administrative experience or equivalent
+ Preferred Skill: Presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**
