ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist (Data Management Specialist) in the CBRD Detection and Integration Branch (R22) of the CBR Defense Division (R2) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12. Responsibilities You will serve as the Data Management Specialist in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological Defense (CBRD) Detection and Integration Branch. You will be responsible for recording of the configuration management (CM) information submitted and reported by the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) and other associated logistics support activities that support CBRD equipment or systems. You will process CM information into the Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) and Model-Based Product Support (MBPS). You will pull data from multiple sources and databases to include the CDMD-OA to review and compare the schedule of ships. You will support logistics for all ship/site systems, equipment, components, and computer programs for the CBRD Branch. You will develop and submit ships work files. You will communicate configuration management information to the modernization integration Analyst to request approvals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and coordinating principles of configuration or data management to support systems acquisition, logistics or life cycle management projects for an organization.
