ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Summary This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-04 is equivalent to GS-11/12. You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the AUTEC BASE OPERATIONS of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. Responsibilities You will be responsible for program analysis and reporting for the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Enterprise Operations. You will provide input and applies analytical and organizational skills to contract Performance Work Statement(s) supporting the AUTEC mission to ensure content is sufficient, complete and consistent. You will provide support to AUTEC Contracting Officer’s representative (COR) on matters regarding the AUTEC M/O contract by verifying cost proposals or adjustments. You will serve as the Functional Area Coordinator for the Enterprise Operations chapter of the current AUTEC Maintenance and Operations contract. You will Investigate, analyze and resolve discrepancies between resource utilization, and open purchase data submitted by the AUTEC contractor and compare with financial statements and other data products to achieve resolution and/or validation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and evaluative methods to identify and resolve issues or problems to support program management processes related to business and customer operations.
