Summary You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Product Support Division, Digital Engineering Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division. Responsibilities You will serve as a Team Lead in the Digital Engineering Department to support multiple programs and combat system elements. You will provide leadership of the Integrated Logistics Support or Logistics Element Management functions and program planning, executing, preparing, reviewing, coordinating or evaluating logistical actions. You will prepare milestones, test plans, procedures, system analysis and data of the systems and associated systems. You will be responsible for leading personnel with a variety of logistics expertise in developing and implementing programmatic requirements from acquisition through phase out. You will develop and update logistics planning documents, define system supportability requirements, evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts, and establish and maintain logistics program databases. You will participate in various working groups and integrated product teams dedicated to the development of specific logistics products. You will be responsible for the development of task planning sheets, budget/task development and support, and workload planning. You will provide Technical Authority services in support of the Department Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on contract(s) oversight and management. You will lead overall project schedules, maintain direct and professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and hold periodic meetings to ensure expected products and services will be delivered on time and with the highest quality. You will partner internally, externally and support collaboration and de-conflict issues and schedules for developing solutions. You will develop and maintain direct and professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in assigned project areas within business lines. You will lead technical reviews of processes and products to support program, system, and project deliverables, review schedules and milestones to assess workload and develop resource strategies and plans to identify and mitigate risks. You will support and lead inputs into NAVSEA, Command, department, divisional, and branch objectives and goals to execute Continuous Process Improvement and achieve command and department strategic goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating logistics and supportability requirements to develop logistics plans, investigate and resolve issues, and manage resources for a warfare program. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement.
