Administrative Travel Coordinator – $27/hour – Washington, DC

Our client, a financial institution, is searching for a temporary Administrative Travel Coordinator to support their team for one year!

Responsibilities:

Utilize expectional E2 Solutions skills to ensure accurate expensing.Coordinate travel arrangements for over 100 staff across different time zones.Work across multiple platforms/softwares to manage lodging and transportation arrangements.Maintain current travel itineraries.Ensure process standards and reporting requirements are upheld.Provide occasional administrative support to the division.Complete additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant administrative and travel coordination experience is required.A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.Superior E2, Outlook and SharePoint skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred.Superior oral/written communication and organizational skills.

Position Information:
