The Administrator for our Langley branch will be responsible to ensure a smooth administrative operation of the branch, providing support, including a wide range of administrative functions associated with operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience in an Administrator RoleDemonstrated skillset including attention to detail, time management and accounting principlesProven ability to effectively prioritize work flowExceptional customer service skillsComputer skills with knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and OutlookPreferred experience with Autolink, EPIC and ICBC session managerLevel 1 General Insurance License preferred

A Day in the Life

Batching ICBC documents, reconciling transactions and payments, and depositing ICBC funds in compliance with rules and guidelines set out by ICBCLiaising with ICBC and ICBC revenue banking as requiredMaintaining inventory control, and completing regular spot auditsMaintaining ICBC supplies and inventory (including orders, returns and inventory control)Responsible for banking and depositsPerforming quality checks on all documentsDiligence in the reconciliation, investigation and balancing of discrepanciesCorrecting document and insurance errors and/or ensuring agent makes correction in a timely mannerOversight of all administrative functions to ensure quality of work and compliance, report all discrepancies to management.Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulationsOffice support with telephone answering, greeting and other functions as neededManagement support with payroll, scheduling and reporting functionsEPIC processing and administration, as required Committed to remaining connected to HUB International in the bigger picture and understanding the mission, values and goals of HUBOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
