We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the delivery of timely and effective Human Resources Administration and customer service. This role is being offered on a 12-month max Term Contract
Key Responsibilities –
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating events. Ensure a professional service experience is delivered to all internal and external customers Act as the first point on contact for employment related queries from staff and prospective employees Prepare and distribute employee paperwork Maintain and collate data for client reporting requirements Handle general enquiries from employees and staff, providing timely and accurate information Ensure new hires are processed on time to meet pay deadlines
Knowledge skills and experience –
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (desirable) Experience using Oracle an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office suite High attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills High level customer service skills Competitive salary and flexible working / 2 days WFH Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment
