Administrator, Salesforce Business - MedSleuth

MedSleuth/DaVita is seeking a Technical Product Management leader for MedSleuth’s BREEZE Platform. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on, to help build platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude, while building and supporting a world class team. As part of a team seeking to transform transplantation and improve patient outcomes, your core responsibility would be to support and drive planning, prioritization and program execution to ensure high availability of our platform services.

This requires a comprehensive understanding of distributed systems at an enterprise scale, a focus on customer satisfaction and success, and a relentless drive to focus on high-value projects and to prioritize ruthlessly.

General Purpose of the Job

The Salesforce Administrator collaborates with both our business partners and Salesforce developers to identify, manage and implement projects on our Salesforce platform. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. In addition to project work, the Sr. Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the platform. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will leverage their expertise and experience to drive solutions within the platform.

This role will be primarily focused on supporting our Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platform tools, providing technical support to our business teams executing campaigns and outreach via e-mails and SMS.  This support may include configuring automations, identifying opportunities to improve system scalability and implementing additional enhancements needed to support future business goals and projects.  Familiarity with SQL and SOQL will be required to support both upstream and downstream data investigation and mapping activities.

This position requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business and IT in evaluation, design, and development of new/existing Salesforce applications.Configure functionality including custom objects, page layouts and integrationsPartner with internal business customers to understand and evaluate Salesforce platform needsTranslate business needs to a recommended design for application development; Partner with development team to create and deliver solutionAct as the liaison between users, venders, and the application development teams to implement and drive deliveryAbility to identify upstream and downstream data issues and impactsMonitor and perform all administrative functions within the application, including but limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboard, workflows, and other routine tasks.Tests and approves system changes prior to deploymentEstablish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Mentor and coach members of the work team.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required4-6 years’ experience in Salesforce Admin roleExperience within Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Customer Data Platforms

Salary/ Wage Range

$18.50 - $30.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
