GENERAL FUNCTION

The Administrator, Store Operations provides elevated service and support to the retail stores in alignment with administrative operations tasks to increase store sales and create an elevated retail experience.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage store custom lens replacement requests (OPWRs) – provide lens availability, issue authorization, track order progress, troubleshoot any delays or issues. Track inventory of stock lenses, forecast usage and reorders lens blanks with supplier. Provide customer service support to retail stores with suppliers and multiple internal DCs. Place lenses, warranty, spare parts, and accessories orders, follow up on status and delivery. Central Purchasing Management: develop and maintain catalog of office and operational supplies, promotional material, and lab tools for each Retail Brand, create and add new supply articles as needed, enter ad hoc supply orders for stores, monthly report on supply inventory levels and work with remote teams on replenishment orders for low stock items. Assist with new store openings support, new process initiatives and system improvements. Weekly Missing Deposit Report Review: follow up with stores with missing deposits and escalate any potential problems. Troubleshoot missing or delayed customer home office check or credit card refunds with accounting. Provide support to stores on Smartly, Omnichannel and Smart Shopper systems, orders and track shipments as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years in high-end customer service Computer Skills: Microsoft office software Ability to lift approximately 10 – 15 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelors degree is highly desirable, but candidates with equivalent work experience will be considered Knowledge of optical/eyewear luxury products Proficient in SAP and Kronos Punctual/Reliable Always maintain highest degree of confidentiality Takes initiative in self-development - typically goes beyond what is normally expected Organized with strong time management skills

​Pay Range: 66,560.00  - 94,525.98 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
