What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will complete the Trust Accounting Reconciliations on a daily basis, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled and that outages are investigated and sourced to the correct Business Units. The Administrator will also be required to utilize stated reconciliation applications and other related tools and to ensure that existing controls, procedures and processes are aligned to our existing Operational Risk Framework Practices.

What will you do?

Ownership for specified Trust Accounting reconciliations across suspense accountsResponsible for driving resolution of all outstanding breaks through escalation and query management.Investigation and source all breaks on a timely basis.Ensure that the processing of journal entries are sent for approval prior to the deadline.Follow-up and escalation of outstanding breaks.Ensure that there are no breaks sourced to the TA Investigations team greater than 5 days.Ensure that cross-training activities are completed with team members.Provide backup for staff who are on vacation or out of the office.Identify areas of improvement by analysing breaks and reviewing trends.Updating of Desk Operating Procedures & User Guides to reflect changes/enhancements, as required.Completion of all personal learning courses within the established timeframes.
