Core Description

Co-ordinate and drive operational tasks within the team. Streamline the business functions within the BU as well as other BU’s and Third Parties.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

•    Working with internal BCX processes to manage and to deliver contracted SLA agreements
•    Constantly drive to reduce re-active incidents
•    Manage and maintain pro-active maintenance to promote end point health
•    Keep calls and other information updated in the relevant systems.
•    Communicate with end point users 
•    Communicate to Management about the unforeseen problems.
•    Work with Third Parties to ensure delivery of services
•    Delivery of services within the SLA matrix
•    Liaise with other technical employees to ensure service delivery.
•    Adhere to contracted or agreed reporting
•    Assist where applicable with technical first line or remote support  
•    Booking of devices/peripherals and keep updated records
•    Adhere to internal administrative processes
