Administrator - 12 month Maternity
Job Description

Brook Street are working with our Belfast client to recruit a Business Administrator - This position is for a fixed term contract of 12 month - There is a possibility of extension

Responsibilities

Maintain the site traffic diary for goods in & out.Deal with drivers when they arrive on site.Liaising with suppliers on late deliveries.Communication with other departments regarding late or incomplete deliveries.Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company's procedures and quality requirements.Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Supporting the general functioning and other members of the supply chain department.Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the Office/CX Manager from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability


Criteria

Must have previous office admin experience and be fully proficient with Microsoft SuiteMust have good communication skills - verbal and written
