Administration, Physical Security

 

We are seeking a skilled Physical Security Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining a safe and secure environment and committed to safeguarding our assets, employees, and visitors. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer support and handling security-related queries to ensure a secure and efficient environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Physical Security. In addition, this role will frequently be partnered with the Facilities, Technology, Compliance, and Internal Audit. This role will work in 8pm - 5am IST.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitor door alarms / CCTV for unauthorized access and identify and respond to security incidents. Management of access control database. Ensuring all the data fields are complete. Maintain Contractor card database Termination of staff promptly as per HC requests. Maintain accurate records of all access control activities. Order and Distribution of cards to AMERICAS, EUROPE, and APA offices Issue and manage access cards and badges. Printing and distributing overlays Collaborate with the security team to address any security concerns. Report on monthly and quarterly audit report of all secure doors to IT, Infosec and Internal Auditors Distribute “Visitor Signing book” to global offices Support with SOC2 / ISO 27001 Audit support Respond to Service Requests Tickets on “ServiceNOW” Provide training and guidance to staff on physical security best practices. Conduct regular audits and assessments of access control systems to ensure optimal performance. Enforce security policies and procedures related to access control and surveillance. Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Access control experience within professional / financial Services environment Experience with administration of access control databases Understanding of the evolving expectations of privacy policies Strong communication skills to deliver external and internal reporting in English A rigorous approach to data management and analysis Proactive and flexible self-starter who is confident in the ability to work across all levels Experience in excellent customer service to employees and visitors. Ability to manage one’s own time to complete work accurately and to deadlines. Have analytical ability, sound judgment and operational focus Highly organized, detailed approach with capability of managing multiple deadlines  Strong computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite,
