Summary: Seeking an Administrator to manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with government and commercial standards.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma
1-2 years experience in Transportation/Shipping/Manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to understand and comprehend contracts
Must be a US citizen able to obtain Secret government clearance
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage shipping documentation for contractual and non-contractual products
Provide daily administrative support for shipping activities
Maintain compliance with Export and ITAR requirements for international shipments
Generate Government Bills of Lading, air bills, bar code labels, and related documents
Interface with in-house Government officials and communicate with management levels
Ensure timely processing of company documents and maintain accurate shipping records
Manage required monthly audit documents
Adhere to all FARS and DFARS rules and regulations
Pay: 20-26

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
