Overview

 

The Manager, Information Security Risk Management role will manage the Information Security Risk Management team. This position is responsible for leading a team of Security Risk Analysts that perform day-to-day operations and assessments. Works with direct reports to help design, implement, and assess controls designed to protect the business, including Enterprise InfoSec and Third-Party Risk Management. This role will interface closely with leaders from other business units and provides guidance on Information Security to all areas of the business.

Specialized Skills and Technologies

 

Strong understanding of Access Management concepts, such as identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and authorization. Experience with Access Management capabilities like Joiner-Mover-Leaver, Access Profiles, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Provisioning and Access Reviews / Certifications Maintain understanding of business processes to aid in managing enterprise identity and access. Provide technical guidance to internal teams on Access Management and Provisioning related issues and initiatives and mentorship to junior members of the Access Provisioning team. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and guidelines related to Access Provisioning operations and processes Knowledge of developing and configuring connectors within Saviynt IAM to integrate with various identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP & HR systems Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges. Administer Access management processes, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access rights. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Information Security policies Advanced experience working with Microsoft Exchange Advanced knowledge of MS PowerShell Enforcing company policies and procedures related to access management Experience with ServiceNow or other support management software Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements to provide assistance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and infrastructure components. Primary Responsibilities

 

Provide accurate and timely updates to work tickets, incidents, and outages Monitors usage of shared resources, and works with appropriate engineers to resolve issues related to malfunctions Monitor the performance of systems Ensure the highest level of service and support to the organization Supports communications, meetings, and other collaborations as appropriate to effectively perform work and to understand, resolve, and/or mitigate risks, obstacles, and conflicts in the performance of functional activities Basic understanding of some key systems and how they interact to provide a complete service to the customers that meet business requirements  Maintain and administer related computing environments  Maintain awareness of SGWS system environment to ensure the highest level of service and support to the organization Submit reports to the relevant department heads and management Work with developers in transferring functional specs to technical specs Maintain knowledge of vendor technology and solutions  Participate in on call rotation Research, evaluate and recommend applications   Preferred Qualifications

 

Possess entry level industry certification(s)  Excellent verbal / written communication skills, strong attention to detail  Ability to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box and grasp technical concepts Ability to combine information or data to find relationships among seemingly unrelated events  Familiarity with ITIL concepts  Minimum Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or a Technical degree in related field or equivalent experience  1 or more years of experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components  Good verbal/written communication skills  Self-starter / motivated  Strong attention to detail  Delivers results  Critical thinking  Change agent  Ability to diagnose when a system or environment has a problem, issue or fault and resolve  Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret technical diagrams and written procedures  Strong team player who can work across multiple functions  Agile Delivery Values
