DescriptionEssential Duties And Responsibilities Support and maintain applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data Perform maintenance and basic configuration, setup, and updates of applications, including table definitions and access control, including build and run reports using query and flexible reporting tools Recommend changes in application, development, and maintenance for increased efficiency Establish vendor relations Maintain proper electronic and hard copies of required documentation Record and maintain software inventories, site and server licensing, and user access security Develop a test environment for new applications, updates, and patches Apply the best industry practices of security, performance optimization, and training tasks to enable users to maximize productivity.
