Woodland Village in Brighton, MI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to lead our facility for our Independent/Assisted Living community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership ability, a passion for working with families, and a talent for mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Work closely with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their experience at our facility.Mentor and support nursing and administrative staff, promoting professional development and growth.Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements and standards.Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.Qualifications:
Experience: Bachelor's Degree and a Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with families, staff, and residents.Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial management within a healthcare environment.Commitment: Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.Benefits:
