We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Tewkesbury site.
The job holder is primarily responsible for acting as a coordination point between engineers, operational management, suppliers, the scheduling team and DWP to ensure the smooth delivery of Fire and Security service works within the UK. Administration support for larger Installation will also be required. The job holder will administer additional operational support as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operational team as well as providing support to regional engineers, Operational Management and the wider business as required.
Please note this is a full time office based role.

Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of service to DWPProcessing and coordination of information relating to DWPInstallation package supportStandard risk assessment paperworkInvoice ApprovalsProcess Ad Hoc incomeGeneral administration duties as necessaryCustomer and operational MI and reportingRegional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)Order Ad Hoc equipmentWork closely with Operational Management on the DWP contractLiaise with customers for query resolution & provide updatesLiaise with Customer Service for scheduling of engineersLiaise with subcontractors and suppliersProcess purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliersProvide cover for other regions as required
