The Administrator is responsible for acting as a coordination point between engineers, operational management, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of Fire and Security service works within the UK.
What you will be doing
Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth
delivery of service to DWP
Processing and coordination of information relating to DWP
Installation package support
Standard risk assessment paperwork
Invoice Approvals, process Ad Hoc income
Customer and operational MI and reporting
Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)
Work closely with Operational Management
Liaise with customers for query resolution.
Liaise with Customer Service for scheduling of engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers
What we are looking for
Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Must have a eye for detail
