In this role, you will ensure seamless execution of fiber-optic infrastructure projects that are shaping the future of connectivity across the nation. If you have a passion for construction management and want to be part of a team, we want to hear from you! **Your Role & Impact** As an **Administrator Construction Manager** , you will: + Oversee **OSP construction activities** and ensure contractor work meets quality, safety, and budget standards. + Coordinate with **State/local municipalities and utility companies** for permitting and compliance. + Schedule and inspect projects **before and after construction** to ensure high-quality execution. + Manage **materials, project expenditures, and invoicing accuracy** to stay within budget. + Investigate and report **plant damages** for proper resolution. + Attend **pre-construction meetings** and collaborate with **cross-functional teams** , including Logistics, Engineering, and Project Management. **What You Bring to the Table** **Required Qualifications:** + **5+ years of combined experience** in **OSP construction and splicing** . + Expertise in **OSP Construction Standards, Unit Descriptions, and SSP contracts** . + Strong knowledge of **safety regulations** at the state, local, and company levels. + Ability to **work outdoors in all weather conditions** and lift moderately heavy objects. + Flexibility to **work overtime, be on-call for nights/weekends, and travel overnight** as needed. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
