If you have a passion for construction management and a deep understanding of fiber-optic infrastructure, this is your chance to make an impact. **Responsibilities** + Oversee OSP construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards + Coordinate with contractors, ensuring compliance with state, local, and company requirements + Manage project schedules to meet critical timelines + Conduct pre- and post-project inspections to ensure quality workmanship + Supervise material management, tracking inventory and usage + Monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate expenditures + Investigate and report plant damages to ensure accountability + Attend pre-construction meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders + Ensure accurate project documentation, including as-builts and invoicing **Qualifications** **Required:** + 5+ years of experience in Outside Plant (OSP) construction and splicing + Strong knowledge of OSP construction standards, unit descriptions, and SSP contracts + Familiarity with Work Zone Protection (WZP) and Traffic Control Plans (TCP) + Understanding of state, local, and company safety standards + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderately heavy objects + Willingness to work overtime, be on-call for nights/weekends, and travel occasionally + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
