The Administrator - Documents Control is located in Vaughan, ON and typically reports directly to the Department Manager.

The Administrator - Documents Control will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Documentation control—photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filingCoding and reconciling payments to JD EdwardsAccurate invoicing of customers, therefore reducing the number of complaints from customers regarding billing errorsPreparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)Timely review, printing, and delivery of invoicesAssist with system inventory managementCoordinate other team members (e.g. other billing people’s tasks)Monthly job forecast updatesEngage partners in billing, A/R management, and collections activitiesAssist the manager in planning and schedulingAssist with material/equipment procurementProductivity reportsAbility to analyze financial dataHandle customer calls in a polite and efficient mannerCompleting time and attendance for hourly site employeesAbility to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environmentOther duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education in a related field

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years’ experience in administrative accounting and/or relevant financial management experience is an asset
