**Who we’re looking for**
Toyota’s Planning Department located in Newark, NJ is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Field Support Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead onsite Payroll, Procurement and Accounts Payable activities. Reporting to the Planning Manager, the person in this role will support the Planning department's objective to provide timely, accurate customer service.
**What you’ll be doing**
• Administer policies, procedures and apply the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), insuring confidentiality, consistency, and equality.
• Coordinating and communicating, both verbally and written to various internal and external contacts.
• Developing and presenting information utilizing Microsoft 365 apps.
• Payroll - Processing weekly payroll for all hourly team members and contingent workers.
• Accounts Payable – Insuring proper coding, and timely submission and payment of invoices; Process month end and accrual reporting.
• Procurement – Prepare requisitions and utilize Corporate P-Card to ensure timely ordering of goods/supplies/equipment/etc.
• Budget – Assist with the development of annual Capital Expense, Repair and Maintenance and Expense Budgets: Monitoring spending and reporting plan vs. actual condition
• Team Member Hiring: Support New Hire Onboarding
• Supporting development, implementation, and facilitation of team member training, company functions, activities, and meetings; serving as chairperson to committees promoting company goals and initiatives.
• Complete various monthly/quarterly/annual administrative reports.
• Performing various administrative duties and serving as back-up for other administrative responsibilities as needed.
**What you bring**
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in handling confidential information such as personal identifiable information.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience interpreting and applying a collective bargaining agreement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience prioritizing and processing workload accurately and efficiently with limited supervision.
• Experience working in a role that requires an understanding of and adherence to confidentiality.
• Experience working with all levels of the organization and outside vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm including a 30 min. lunch break.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule as needed (meetings, events, etc.).
**What you may bring**
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Accounting experience
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Workday, MyTime, Intelex
• Experience in budget preparation

The expected base pay range for this position is $63,400 - $79,200 per year
The annual base salary range for this position is $63,400.00 - $103,000.00.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
