Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company. Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care. Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Enhances the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. Education and Experience Employed with agency prior to January 13, 2018: must be a licensed physician; registered nurse; or has training and experience in health service administration and at least 1 year of supervisory administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program. Employed with agency on or after January 13, 2018: must be a licensed physician, a registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree); AND has experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
