**Job Title** : Admin I
**Location:** Bloomington, MN.
**Shifts/Payrate:** 1st Shift, $24/hour.
**What's the job?**
• EHS Program Support: Assist with clerical review of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders regarding upcoming EHS activities.
• Assist Site EHS team in maintaining compliance documentation as required by company policy, state, and federal regulations.
• Support documentation and reporting improvement projects, such as file planning and record clean-up.
• Provide support in the development, improvement, and implementation of training systems to meet facility needs.
• Coordinate training events over multiple shifts, including room scheduling, resource coordination, course roster management, and training record management.
**Whats needed?**
• High School Diploma or GED.
•Worked as an administrative assistant, document manager, or other clerical work for 2+ years.
• Ability to manage timelines to ensure correspondence is sent in a timely manner.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies in systems and processes that have an impact on performance.
• EHS experience preferred
