Responsibilities

Your Journey as an Administrator in Residency:

Financial Acumen: Master responsible accounting practices, including budget management and internal controls, ensuring the center's financial health.Community Engagement: Discover the art of creating an effective public relations program that fosters trust and support within the community.Ongoing Education: Commit to continuous learning in healthcare, administration, and management, staying at the forefront of industry best practices.Team Building: Develop the skills to recruit, select, and nurture department managers, enabling their growth and development. Qualifications Position will be based in a Diversicare center with an active Preceptor’s Certification.Must be willing to relocate within the states Diversicare operatesApplicants must meet the state education and experience requirements to participate in Diversicare’s Administrator in Residency ProgramApplicants must be of good moral character and physically able to perform dutiesMust have excellent people skills and be able to engage and connect with guests, families, team members, and other leaders. Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis. Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
