Opportunity Overview
• Maintain office environment and coordination those related subjects. ( such like : Facility check and Environment Health safety).
• Audit and update the loaner movement into Service Max and cooperate with Service team to prepare the documents to meet Custom’s requirement ( In & Out). Besides, follow up with Accounts sales for tracking those overdue loaners in timely manner.
• Serve employee benefit by weekly/ monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
• Manage Stationery and cleaning supplies ordering by monthly basis or urgent request in needs.
• Undertake to host those relevant meetings of Employee welfare commitment team per every single even by EWC’s member’s request; meanwhile, connect with local CPA for mailing the supporting documents and going through approval process internally.
• Collaborate with LitePoint AP/GL to verify the billing / travel documents after download from Egencia application after completed the reconciliations by monthly basis; in order to release payment in SGD.
• Dispatch the letter / magazine / newspaper and mail out some significant documents if any and supersize the service support fulfilled by the 3rd parties ( local vendors).
• Ad-hoc requests addressed from management team if any.
