Administrator - Operations

Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on Operations Administrator supporting our warehouse. This role is based from our Dudley Park branch. 

About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time administrator to assist our Dudley Park warehouse and effectively contribute to the functioning of our National Distribution Centre. This opportunity requires someone who is willing to work within a team committed to providing an outstanding service to our customers and has the potential for career growth within the CSD team. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

Working closely with the Central Warehouse Team  Completing all administrative tasks surrounding Warehouse Operation  Generating reports using our Internal software package, Pronto, and Excel Assisting with our 'Major Order Process', including checking Picking Slips, stock levels and ETA's Organising and submitting forms to relevant departments  Data entry  Organising and booking couriers  Communicating via phone and email with internal staff Work closely with interstate teams to ensure a high level of service

Skills & Abilities 

Administration Experience Excellent communication skills Knowledge of customer service  Problem solving and decision-making abilities  Attention to detail and accuracy is essential  Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)  Motivation to succeed and advance within the company   Previous experience in a similar role is preferred by not essential
