Overview
We are looking for an experienced Home Health Administrator RN in our Grand Rapids Location!!
The Administrator RN reports to the AVP of Operations HH and oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned home health location.
Oversee coordination of admission of patients to Home Health service in a smooth, systematic process, as well as arranging for ancillary services so that they are complimentary.Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of home health personnel and the coordination of services of all team members and is responsible for ongoing communication with leadership. About You Registered Nurse with minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care required.Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employmentCPR CertificationMust be able to effectively operate computer, facsimile equipment, copier and cell phone.Must have and maintain transportation to be used for workMust have good understanding of Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of home health agency.
