Administravtive Coordinator Supervisor
Overview The Administrator Coordinator Supervisor supports the production and production administration team, leading production clerks in reporting, document control, time clock administration, headcount reporting, SAP status management, and providing visual aids. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume production environment, as well as managing the calendars and daily schedules of the General Manager and Senior Production Managers. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of DeSoto, Kansas. Position Summary: The Administrator Coordinator Supervisor supports the production and production administration team. This role will lead the production clerks in the areas of production reporting, document control, time clock administration, headcount reporting, SAP status management, and visual aids throughout the process. It requires an individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and multitask in a high-volume production environment. will facilitate the calendars and daily schedules of the General Manager (GM), Senior Production Managers (SPM). Essential Duties: Lead the daily activities of a small group of clerks. Set goals for the team and individuals to achieve daily targets. Assigns modify delegate daily/weekly workloads. Relay concerns from clerks to appropriate production teams and develop corrective actions. Follow CIG model. Assist in daily scheduling and communication needs for the department. Work with cross functional teams as necessary to achieve daily targets. Oversee department roster and maintain accuracy. Oversee new employee orientation process. Help to prepare the weekly reports and business updates for the production management team. Schedule meetings on behalf of production management and prepare agendas for meetings. Follow up on various department level projects such as training requests, work orders, or MMS tickets. Collect and prepare presentations and department data daily. Collaborate with production support teams to create Request for Approval (RFA). Coordinate and schedule meetings for the GMs and PMs. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees,’ wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) Preferred: Associates Degree in Business Management or similar Essential Qualifications Ability to cooperate and work with related departments including overseas Japan. Flexibility to solve issues without fixed thinking. Self-Driven and able to overcome obstacles with little supervision. Able to handle very confidential information. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to put together proposals, project planning and status updates and executive presentations. Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information. Basic understanding of manufacturing operations. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and analyze data patterns and quality discrepancies. Experience leading projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of people leader experience Prior manufacturing and/or SAP experience is desirable.
