**Direct Hire Position-Sales/Marketing Clerical Assistant** **Job Summary:** Join our dynamic sales and marketing team as a Sales/Marketing Clerical Assistant! In this pivotal role, you will organize and complete essential clerical duties that keep our department running smoothly. From typing correspondence and preparing reports to scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, your contributions will be vital to our success. You will work closely with the Vice President, who will provide guidance and support as you navigate your responsibilities. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you! **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Type letters, reports, sales orders, and other materials from copy or draft. - Pick up and deliver mail for the department. - Proofread typed material for grammatical, spelling, and mathematical errors. - Operate all office machines and duplication equipment. - Maintain a journal of all sales orders and job numbers. - Schedule trade shows, hotel, and rental car reservations as requested. - Perform other job duties as assigned to support the sales/marketing department. **Qualifications & Skills:** -3 - 5 years of relevant experience. - Detail-oriented with excellent written and organizational skills. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines. - High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. **Opportunities:** This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and career advancement within our company.
