At FutureCare, our Admissions Assistants manage the administrative details that are part of coordinating admissions into our facility to ensure a smooth transition for our residents.  Under the direction of the Admissions Director, they will complete all clerical documents for admission to include contracts, arbitration agreements and other required paperwork.

***Salary Range $20.00-$24.00/HR***

Responsibilities Conduct facility toursCheck empty room for admission readinessAssist Admissions Director with all pre-admission paperworkAbides by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance PlanAssist the Admissions Director with daily and monthly reports as assigned and required

 

 

Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalentExcellent oral and written communication skillsPrevious experience working in a skilled nursing facility a plusExcellent organizational skillsMust have the ability to work independently, as well as a part of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionalsMust have excellent interpersonal skills to relate appropriately to families, residents, physicians, and referral sources
