We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
 

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

Education: Must have the ability to perform needed functions. Must have a High school diploma or GED. Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or health industry preferred.Experience: One to two years

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Visits referral sources to establish networking, participates in the development of public relations activities, utilizes community resources and assists in the development of advertising strategies.
• Maintains records of requests for information, records of future residents, and an inventory of current promotional and collateral printed materials. Purchases give-away items, voucher expenses and stay within budget.
• Set-up admissions to the facility to include completion of contract signings and all necessary documentation, insurance verifications, tracking preauthorization/review for managed care residents.
• Daily census tracking and reporting.
• Takes referral calls, maintains inquiry file, data entry into REPS, KEANE, OPTIMUS.
• Initiates and/or assists Social Worker with Medicaid applications and resource allocations.
• Communicates necessary information to all campus departments and managers.
• Verification of all new and re-admission financial information.
• Completes admission paperwork as needed.
• Daily room and facility checks.
