Must have expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations, as well as an ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities **Minimum requirements:** + Prior experience in a hospital or physician practice. + Knowledge of medical terminology andinsurance verification in a healthcare environment. **Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:** + Direct experience in third party insurance verification and knowledge of how benefits under the Medicare program are applied is a plus. + Previous experience as a customer service representative for a health insurance company or provider. + Previous experience with obtaining prior authorizations. + A High School Diploma or GED. **Qualifications** **What We're Looking For** We are seeking results-driven team players.
