The Admissions Office seeks to grow WKU's student population through the recruitment and admission of a diverse, academically-distinguished, and engaged student body. This full-time position reports to the Coordinator of Admissions Outreach and operates as a recruiter, ambassador, event planner, and liaison between the university and school counselors, teachers, prospective students, parents, and other constituents within an assigned recruitment territory. Admissions Counselors represent WKU at multiple events including high school sessions, college fairs, on-campus recruitment events, and orientation programs.
