If you’re available throughout the upcoming NSW School Holiday period—including public holidays, weekdays, and weekends—this could be the perfect fit! **About the Role** As a Casual Admissions Host, you’ll report to the SEA LIFE Sydney Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring their experience starts on the best note. **Key Responsibilities:** + Warmly welcoming every guest with a smile. + Offering the best ticket deals and experience options to make their visit seamless. + Managing crowds in both indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions. + Checking tickets while building excitement as guests enter our attractions. + Acting as an ambassador for not only our Merlin attractions but for Sydney itself, helping guests with any city-related queries. + Supporting health and safety protocols, including monitoring capacity and social distancing measures. **About You** To thrive in this role, you’ll need outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
