At Independence Hall, we provide client-centered care and recovery-oriented treatment within a therapeutic environment. We are seeking passionate and innovative individuals to join our behavioral health programming. \n

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Finance, Development and Administration, the Admissions Manager would be responsible for the admissions personnel and intake and billing matters for our behavioral health program. This individual exercises discretion and independent judgment to oversee the activities of staff and the financial processes, to ensure fiscal responsibility of the behavioral health program. \n

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:\n\nCoordinate initial assessments, verify eligibility, and manage intake documents.\nSupervise Admissions staff and ensure resources are available to perform job duties.\nLiaise with clinical teams, insurance providers, and referral sources to ensure a seamless admissions process\nMaintain adherence to BSAS, HIPAA, and state\/federal regulations.\nProvide compassionate support to clients and families, addressing questions and concerns as they enter the program\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:\n\nMinimum of a Associates Degree in a related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.\nMinimum six (6) months of medical receptionist\/office experience in a comparable health care seeing required.\nMinimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience in a clinical or community-based setting highly preferred.\nMinimum of two (2) years of leadership experience. \nExperience with insurance verification of member benefits\/eligibility, contracting, credentialing, and EHR experience is highly desirable.\nMust be able to pass a CORI and background investigation.\nCompliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.\n\n
