Admissions/Marketing Coordinator (NEW MANAGEMENT)

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking an experienced Admissions/Marketing Coordinator to join our team under new management at a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH. This role will focus on guiding new residents through the admissions process and implementing marketing strategies to promote our facility and meet occupancy goals.

Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

Conduct facility tours and explain services to prospective residents and families. Complete and manage all admissions paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the facility and increase occupancy. Build and maintain relationships with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Attend community events and networking opportunities to boost awareness and engagement.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all admissions and marketing activities comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to admissions and marketing efforts.

Customer Service:

Provide compassionate and professional support to residents, families, and referral sources. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions and marketing within a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Knowledge:
