In this role, you will coordinate and deliver campus tours, ensuring a high-quality experience for all visitors, and assist with various admissions-related tasks. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Campus Tour Coordination + Design and coordinate individual or group campus tours for specific audiences. + Ensure each group receives a personalized and meaningful experience. + Work with campus offices to schedule visits, prepare agendas, and operate a state vehicle. + Provide a consistent, high-quality tour experience. Welcome Center Operations + Assist with the recruitment, training, and retention of student workers and tour guides. + Assist with Welcome Center operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing all campus tours and information sessions. Admissions Counseling and Application Review + Provide general admissions counseling and freshman holistic application review. + Advise departments and applicants via phone, email, and in person about additional credentials such as transcripts, test scores, application fees, and supporting documents. Additional Duties + Deliver admissions presentations to campus visitors as needed. + Assist with special projects or support other areas within the Office of Admissions, which may include occasional out-of-town travel. + Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Valid Driver License is required.
