The Admissions and Registration Coordinator (ARC) will handle administrative (non-clinical) aspects of the patient encounter, achieving an ideal patient experience, while collecting and maintaining accurate insurance information on each patient record. The role is responsible for executing activities including registrations, scheduling, time-of-service collections and obtaining authorizations and providing same day admission notification to payers. You’ll offer friendly, courteous assistance to patients, provide support to the clinical care team, and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED ARC III - Two years relevant experience in a medical office, or hospital, Ability to successfully demonstrate all aspects of the job Requires proficiency on use of multi-line telephone, nursing call bell. Able to navigate workstations on wheels, copier, calculator, fax machine, EPIC applications including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc. Successful completion of all required EPIC courses and Patient Insurance training required within 90 days for all positions
Salary Range: Minimum 19.92 per hour - Maximum 32.89 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
