Job Summary

Insures all duties and responsibilities for the proper admittance of patients and accurate recordkeeping are carried out according to appropriate customer service practices, correct legal standards and follows departmental policy.  Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.  Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.  Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks Every 5th Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$17.00 - $21.25 per hour
